Traumpony

Gerade sind wir zurück aus dem hohen Norden, wo wir meinem neuen Neffen einen Besuch abgestattet haben (und dem Rest seiner Familie selbstverständlich auch 😉 )
Natürlich darf bei einem solchen Besuch die bereits existente Nichte und neuerliche „große Schwester“ auch nicht zu kurz kommen, und so bekam sie ein ganz besonderes Exemplar meines Ponys Palomina:

We just got back from up north, where we paid a visit to my new little nephew (and the rest of his family, obviously 😉 )
Of course I can’t leave my existing niece and brand new „big sister“ empty handed on a visit like this, so she got a special version of my Pony Palomina:

Ich habe das Schnittmuster vergrößert, das Pony aus kuscheligem, hochwertigen Bio-Wirkfrottee genäht, und für Mähne und Schweif Jerseystreifen in mehreren schicken Farben verwendet.

I enlarged the original pattern, made the pony from cuddly, high-quality organic terry cloth, and used stripes of jersey in several nice colors for the pony’s mane and tail.

Also wenn DAS kein Mädchentraum ist, weiß ich auch nicht 😀

if THAT is not a little girl’s dream-come-true, I don’t know what is 😀

…ok, vielleicht wäre ein Horn (–>Einhorn) und Flügel noch eine denkbare Steigerung… ich muss eh nochmal ran: das Tochterkind hat reklamiert, dass es selbst keins hat…also mal sehen, was da noch geht.

…ok, maybe a Horn (–> Unicorn) or wings might be food for thought… I have to make at least one more anyway. My daughter has informed me it’s not ok that she doesn’t own a pony like this. So I’ll see what I can do.
