Falls Ihr noch eine Idee braucht, was Ihr mit den vielen Eierkartons anstellen könnt, die Ihr möglicherweise um diese Jahreszeit zu Hause habt, möchte ich Euch heute zeigen, wie Ihr diese schicken Eierkarton-Hühner mit Euren Kids basteln könnt.

In case you need an idea what to make from the tons of egg cartons you might have at home at this time of year, I’d like to show you how to make these cute egg carton hens today.
Ihr braucht:
– Unterseiten von Eierkartons (pro Eierkarton bekommt Ihr 2 Hühner heraus)
– eine Schere mit der sich der Eierkarton zerschneiden lässt
– Bastelschere
– ein Cuttermesser oder Küchenmesser
– Malfarbe in z.B. rot, gelb, weiß(Wasserfarben oder Acrylfarbe)
– Bastelkarton / Tonpapier in rot und gelb (ganz wenig…Reste sind perfekt hierfür)
– optional: Bastelfedern und Bastelkleber
– optional: Wackelaugen
– und natürlich dann bunte Eier oder Schokoladeneier, um die kleinen Hühnchen hinterher zu befüllen 😉
You will need:
– the bottom part of an egg carton (one bottom will make 2 hens)
– a scissor for cutting the egg carton
– a pair of normal scissors for cutting paper
– a cutter or kitchen knife
– Paint (water colors or acrylic paint) in e.G. red, yellow or white
– colored paper in red and yellow (not much. just a few scraps you might have left)
– optional: feathers and craft glue
– optional: googly eyes
– and of course some colored eggs or chocolate eggs to fill the little hens with once you’re done 😉
